Emma is bilingual in Spanish and English, with expertise in cultural anthropology, agri-tourism, and managing international supply chains for organic packaged goods. She played a key role in developing and operationalizing Ecotrust’s Redd on Salmon Street campus, a food hub in Portland that strengthens regional food systems, climate-smart infrastructure, and racial equity. Emma’s superpower is building meaningful connections between businesses and diverse communities to foster thriving, community-powered ecosystems.

Kaitlyn Rich
Kaitlyn brings over a decade of experience in design thinking for social enterprises, community organizations, and businesses. Her superpower is transforming complex information into clear, compelling project visions, pitch decks, and actionable business plans. Kaitlyn earned her MBA from Portland State University in 2020 and has spent 5 years in social finance, developing programs to expand access to resources and capital for historically underserved communities. She is passionate about fostering collective abundance, equitably redistributing wealth, and building a just economy.

With over a decade of experience in analyzing, underwriting, and structuring complex transactions in real estate and community development, Sara is driven by a passion for expanding economic opportunity with inclusion at its core—shifting capital to shift power. Sydney DeLuna
Sydney has extensive experience bringing new projects to life that expand markets for sustainably produced foods. With a background on both the producer and buyer sides of local agriculture, she has also led the development of large kitchen and warehouse facilities. Her expertise spans kitchen operations, contract food service management, sourcing local and sustainable foods, and network facilitation. Sydney was a key player in the creation of Ecotrust’s Redd on Salmon Street, serving as its first General Manager. Her superpower? Delegating tasks to ensure the exciting work gets done!
